Having been a mother that took her 3 children to Disney numerous times when they were younger (25 years ago), I was excited to experience Disney again with them and their families this past April. However, I was nervous and hesitant to go given the technological changes in regard to reserving rides, reservations, etc but Diane took all that nervousness away with her detailed emails and support.
